I decide to shop on pepperfry.com to buy some furniture for my home by seeing advertisement of their portal. I believe that they provide quality furniture without any damage. I ordered sofas 3 seater and they invoice me to wait for a month to deliver the material what you order and so i wait for a 2- weeks. They delivered the sofas (but it is wrapped in one single bundle, we asked supervisor it is in single bundle we ordered three seater sofas, it fully covered and the delivery man told that we send the carpenter to installed the sofas tomorrow and he doesn't answer to the question why it is in single bundle), so we don't open the wrapper. Then the carpenter came and open the wrapper and my family shocked it is one seater and we doubt already why it is in single bundle. The carpenter also send the image to the corresponded department about this problem. We contact customer care what it is. They reply suddenly and continuously told not to worry about that product we will look into the matter very soon and please wait for a 24 hours and we provide the solution for that. Again I wait for a day and they contact me to wait for 48 hours to make this problem to be fixed. In the mean time i called to the customer care for this issues ( I lost my recharge balance too and it leads over stress to my family). Three days has been passed, they contact me and said that they provide the refund money and the sofas will be taken by one of the delivery man and they provide the refund after a week ( it will automatically credited to your account, once the product has been return to the store.). After wait for a long, we doesn't receive any proper products what we order and we get the money once we credit to the pepperfry ( one month ago and it is again refund back for me 1 month back).
Any way hereafter i decide not to shop online for any bulk products. ( don't fall for a wrong advertisement).
This make me stress over a lot.
