I wish I would have searched the business reviews before I ordered my dress. I ordered a dress without customizing my size. Return policy states you can receive a full refund if the dress is damaged within 7 days of receiving it. I received it... color was wrong the top was sewn uneven. The bottom looked like a curtain and the seams were loose. I could not wear this without it being altered. Only way to speak with customer service is via email. I knew from the first email this was going to end bad. I wanted to comply with the return policy and stay within the seven days. I paid to have the dress shipped back. I was told to keep the dress and give to my friend or family of try to sell it. They would attempt to give me a 10 percent discount on a new dress. Don't send the dress back and cut my losses. Wow! I sure hope my visa company will stand behind this fraudulent business practice and honor my refund. I go to the website now and they are instructed to obtain an attorney due to copywrite infringement. I can't believe this happened. The initial court document has a date of January 4th 2016. Wish this would have been on the site right away because I ordered on January 9th.
