I chose to ignore the reviews as I had purchased from them years ago, that was a mistake. My order went past the estimated delivery date, so I contacted them and decided to wait another week, after which I decided to cancel as they had admitted the were having problems getting the watch. You cannot contact them by phone, only via their "live" support system which usually takes 2 days and then you realise that they do not actually read your email, as their response never fully addresses your query! Twice I asked for a refund, finally getting my credit card company involved. Please be aware and take on board what most people are saying
