I purchased mSpy for monitoring my child's phone and realized after purchase it wasn't the solution for me. Within 2 hours I contacted the company attempting to get a refund explaining it was a mistake and asking for a refund as the software/solution wasn't what I was looking for. They have DENIED my request for a refund, even after a purchase of less than two hours! Customer service is horrible, with a response of, we can freeze your account, add three months for you, etc., but not one offer to do the RIGHT thing and just refund my $100+ dollar purchase. I am in the customer service business and would never treat someone like this. They obviously use bait and switch tactics to keep your money with a ridiculous return policy. I am going to be reporting them if I don't get my refund. My advice: STAY AWAY.
