I was looking online to buy some trainers and on 16 January spotted a pair on MODES.COM which claimed to have been reduced from £360.00 down to £216.00. A few days later I logged back into the MODES.COM website to purchase the trainers but was appalled to see the price had now changed again. This time the site claimed the same trainers had been reduced from £485.00 to £291.00. Obviously I was confuse so contacted the site with my findings and their apparent fake reductions. The failed to offer any reasonable explanation and as they would not sell me the trainers for their original advertised price I did not purchase them. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS CLAIMING TO OFFER ITEMS AT A SALE PRICE WHICH WERE ACTUALLY CHEAPER BY £75 HAD I BOUGHT THEM 4 DAYS EARLIER!... ITS A CON


I was bought a gift by my daughter from NEW LOOK. The gift (a jacket) was unsuitable and along with all the original packaging and paperwork I returned it to NEW LOOK for a refund. Although NEW LOOK received my item over 6 weeks ago they are still refusing to give me my refund claiming they need further information. Has anyone ever returned an item and before receiving a refund had to provide everything except your shoe size to the retailer! I have now asked them numerous times to either give me the refund or send the jacket back to me and they are refusing to do either. DO NOT ORDER FROM NEW LOOK. The customer service is appalling and you may never see your money or the item again


This is literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I paid £600 for a pair of ladies Valentino sandals on 12 March. I decided to return the item two days later and arranged a collection was given an allotted time between 9-10. The driver finally arrived at 5.30! Absolutely disgusting service. I returned the item on 18 March and today is the 14 April and I still have not received my refund. I have traced the item and farfetch actually signed for it back on the 4th of April but still have not got around to processing my refund. I have now had to threaten court action and they have today agreed to the refund but have stated it could take up to a further 10 days! By the time I get my refund it will be 5 weeks since I returned the item and 6 weeks since I paid the money to farfetch! Absolutely appalling service from the representative Finn M who was totally disinterested in my concerns and showed absolutely no empathy for the unacceptable situation. I was offered no explanation, compensation or apology.*****DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY*******
