I ordered an iPhone 5 mint condition from website but unfortunately is wasn't in stock, but the wonderful team at The Mobile Base upgraded my phone to an in stock model with no additional charge to me. I was flattered. I received the phone within promised time frame and the used phone was in A+ shape. I strongly recommend buyers looking for used phones to check this site out
