I have been trying without avail to contact a person, but the helpline sends me through the steps of keying in my booking ID, telling me there is no such ID, and then saying "thank you, and goodbye"! But when I log in online, I am able to access the manage bookings page and there is a booking ID there! How am I supposed to contact the booking agent? Horrible horrible service, I am now stuck with a ticket I cannot use from a site doesn't even seem to have real humans operating it.
