I hav been a very long time customer of Ipriums. I get no benefit for it, instead their customer response time is becoming worse than ever. The staff answering the phone are polite enough however it takes forever to get someone on the phone.
The website says contact a live chat service. In last one year I have never managed to get anything resolved on chat because invariably there is no one availale o chat. Why advertise it if no one is available? The phone support is available only during business hours.
Since the morning I have called them twice to activate the internet. It has not happened.
In thepast the donload speed has been extremely slow and I was advised to buy 24 hrs technical support for a fixed amount annually to ensure I got the best svice. I didn't and instead made a complaint. The slow speed has been resolved since then.
I have a feeling they are trying to sqeeze me for more money.
Anyone else expriencing similar issues?
