Nobody asked for a signature. But it checked out OK. Several days later, the auto start function wasn't working. Aims Power tech support suggested that auto start unit might be bad and asked me to work with Inverter Supply to do an exchange. Instead I got an RMA for warranty work and I'm expected to pay the cost of shipping to Aims Power in Nevada. At least $153. That's 20% of the purchase price. Buy generators from Lowes or Home Depot so you can return defects in person.
