We ordered some clothes from this company. A few were OK, not great quality, but OK. The problem is that they won't reply to my request to begin the process of returning some of the items. I've followed the procedure as outlined on their website but they have just ignored my communications.
Further, one item, ordered and paid for, has yet to arrive a full month later.
Quite shoddy practice. I'll neither buy from them again nor recommend them to anyone.
