Disgustingly bad, there is NO way to talk to an actual human person, and simply got told they'd sent me a link (?) to a customer helpline, when no such thing had been sent. Pray to god you never have to deal with this garbage.
But as a beginner, they seem pretty daunting. There are so many courses, and they build on various different styles and techniques.
