Am a College student and have given quite a few assignments to gotoassignmenthelp previously. They were pretty decent when completing them. But this time I gave them a research question which was suppose to be completed in 24 hours. First off, they handed over the assignment late. Secondly, the topic of the research was, " How Canadian Tire deals with amiable personality people " and the solution they completed had information on " How Canadian Tire turns retirement savings into profits". I had to do the assignment all over again and also miss the deadline. When i asked for a refund they said they won't issue a refund because according to them the assignment shared matches the guidelines. Also, everytime i contact customer service and they don't have an answer for my question, they just shut the chat with error Unstable internet connection. Terrible customer support for students trusting this websites for assignments and unbelievable charges for an irrelevant solution.
