I ordered a vegan birthday cake for my wife and a few snacks. The day of shipping they canceled the cake and still sent me the snacks without consulting with me on whether I still wanted the items. In the end, I ended up paying over $50 for some snacks I could have bought at the local store. I only added them in because they have a minimum order. So now I don't have a cake for her birthday. This is the worst service I've ever witnessed.
