The system asked me to provide invoice, and i need clear picture. Some one called Patricia provided a low resolution picute, i could not tell what is inside. I asked for high resolution picture, Partricia tried to charge me $10 for each picture! In short, service can not be worse!
I am sorry for any difficulties you have had with viewing the photos of your packages Simon. We do take photos of each package upon receipt and those should still be clear enough for you to see what is included, however if you are wanting specific/additional photos, then our Package Support Team can assist you with this request as well. We also list the sender name, tracking number, and content details for each package to help you identify your orders.
