Vrinsoft had the task to develop an app for us, that is interacting with our hardware. At beginning everything seems fine but soon problem occurred. The Developer coud not manage a couple of things and told me all the time, it's not possible in android. For instance we use a binary protocol but the developer only worked on ASCII coded texts. We told him many time that this will not work... he told me that android cant work with binary data (everyone who knows what binary data is knows that its absolute nonsense that android cant work with binary data). I'm pretty sure the "developer" didnt even know the difference between binary and text. So finally we took the time and installed android studio on our side and managed this point within half an hour without any knowledge about android app programming.
Unfortunately it was not a good idea to tell them because the indian people loose their "face" if you tell them that they were wrong and its absolutely possible. We came to many points where the developer has simply not the knowledge to realize any working system. So we asked for another developer. But the project manager stopped talking to us as well. We tried to contact the business owner, but also got no response. They sitting in India and we are in Germany so what sould we do. This was the third time we were scamed by Indians. You can hire cheap there but in our case we only got non working results and wasted a lot of money. Invest a bit more and stay far away from Vrinsoft!
