I had an absolutely terrible experience with Kiwi.com's customer service. I needed to change the payer's data on an invoice, and despite 20 messages back and forth, the company was unwilling to provide a reasonable solution. In fact, I felt like I was being trolled by the customer service representatives. It is clear that Kiwi.com does not prioritize customer satisfaction and is more interested in taking our money without providing adequate service. I strongly recommend that anyone considering using this service look elsewhere.
