CC said it best "Corporate Predators" absolutely, she has thier number 110%.
My bill has doubled since spectrum took over, for less, considerably less product /service as I have cut as much as possible in order to lower bill which these greedy moneygrubbing SOBs continually raise, for NOTHING.
When I said something about it too the snotty corporate sukkup behind the counter "tammolleya" or WETF her name was, after waiting close to an hour in thier Ellenville office,, her smartass remark was:
"Well nothing stays the same now does it?"
Can't wait to find ANY other option for TV, phone, internet & dump this bunch of lying, cheating greedy corporate moneygrubbers.
I think what's happening is this schmuck at the top & a few of his buttboys are draining every possible cent they can, running the Co. Into the ground, and when they've finally squeezed every possible dime out it, they will dump the Co.
The staff they put in place of Time Warner's polite, helpful Folks, are THE absolute worst to deal with, either too stupid or too mean to bother actually trying to help anyone out, and BOY O BOY don't be 1 day late with your payment, or OFF goes your service & then you can spend the better part of a month TRYING to get it back on successfully, with repeated tech visits to your home & the "techs" having to call the Co. In order to find someone who MIGHT know how to get service back on.
AVOID SPECTRUM LIKE THE PLAGUE THEY ARE.
