More Swizz Air than Wizz air.

How I would describe my very first flight with this company.

At every level I felt the air line was doing it's upmost to extract more money from me.

Even though you book your flight through a holiday company, so your flight is included, however, Hold luggage ££extra, Trollybag ££extra, hand luggage free however if late arriving to check in it could have to go in the hold and that will cost £££ extra!

Check in, they suggest to check in online and select your seat...that's from £21 so you pick a seat next thing you know its now £78?

Hand luggage one per person its always been that way, not any more, I saw dozen of people bringing on carrier bags duty free extra bags and in some cases two rucksacks strapped to one person?

Check in from the overseas airport is again another cash grab airline system, hotel's internet was not working so could not check in, got to the airport that's 100euros please.

I understand it's a overseas air line, but with very limited English speaking I could not understand the safety instructions at all not a good move.

Flight delays both ways, with no apology or even why it was delayed, nothing.

I see what airlines are doing claiming lost rev: from covid by charging huge amounts for hold luggage, and the natural reaction from the public is go hand luggage only, it will come back on airlines soon enough and they will start charging form hand luggage or by peoples weight, mark my words.

I will never fly Swizz air again, and suggest huge caution to anyone thinking of doing so, and if you do, watch for secret hidden charge from start to finish.

Have since tried making a claim for check in charge from Cyprus airport, they wanted so much information, to back my claim of which i have provided probably to there shock, but they have not replied, I will continue to make further claims and take this higher if needs be, AVOID USING this airline.

After making a claim wizz air are not good at speedy replies, they will also waste your time, as they may refer you to re-looking at your claim but they have NO intention of paying out as they will just refer to their T&Cs so they are in fact wasting your time at every level.

My advise still stand if booking a holiday and wizz air have flight DO NOT BOOK THEM, choose another airline or pay a little bit more for better service that at leasts talks some English and know their own aircraft.

Was ok now totally unsupported mess.

Since there new update, I am now auto logged out of my own chat window, this is the following method in which Zendesk suggest they help...

Auto bot chat, take 1-2 days, but in the meantime you get logged out in which the chat does not re-engage, so you have to start again, and its rinse repeat for days and days. When they email you again, it's a automated rubbish answer telling you to either log into the chat help again! Or log into somewhere where you don't have log in details anyway.

This is the most time-wasting experience I have ever had, and can only assume this is a one-man ban organisation because trying to talk to a real person is non-existent. Total rubbish for business.

So here we are Trustpilot being a site to "Trust" well can you tell me why you keep suspending my account over the very thing that you want the public to write about.

Namely, your GENUINE experience on companies and products.

So why is it that you suspended my account over an honest Genuine experience review then after referring me as a threat or scammer? Then weeks later say ok stating we have cleared your account and reinstated you only to suspend it yet again a week later even though I have not written nothing since then. Is anyone there actually communicating with one another!

What kind of joke company is this, well this is my GENUINE EXPERIENCE of you as a company as you claim to state and confirm with every review written "disgusted" causing me hours of wasted time, that I feel I should bill you for.

Also strange how writing a review about Trustpilot is also met with strangely logging out and taking even longer than some other review strange that, with a message reading "sorry it seems something's wrong on our end. Please try again later" as if will be back later.

Even to a point of now stopping me logging in to review them, cant reset password because they try to block even these attempts, this is how bad a company can be.

Laughable, wont be coming here again.! Avoid search else where.

Anything owed by Facebook forget it... waste of life space, not user friendly and adopts the same unsafe polices as facebook, open to hacking, spamming, non privacy policy.

Once instagram was bought by FB then down the tube it went.

DO More together ok, lets look at that...

FB profiles now require several clicks to get too FAIL

Trying to go back on pages from FB you can't FAIL

Let's review changes on your FB does not show anything FAIL

Even typing is laggy FAIL

User ease of use JOKE FAIL

When you do switch profiles, you can't start typing a post because you have to confirm the switch FAIL

Using meta business, you can't go back a page to normal profile you have to re-start a new tab, it's like FB does not want you to leave their page FAIL

Advertising for kids so much a FAIL

Not showing insights like it did before now you have to click on something else FAIL

There are more but at this point it get depressing, FB is a total fail platform, and users should be very aware on using facebook for anything serious in their daily life.

Facebook is harmful to people, full of hackers, scammers, and advertising fraud on a massive scale. More and more people are deleting their accounts just because of this, even though companies are changing their business names to hide the fact that they have a bad rap, Facebook = Meta, Hermes =Evri. Goes to show how POOR FB social media platform really is.
