After speaking to a nice lady at Shop Smarter, she refunded all the charges to my credit card, explained how shop smarter works and the monthly charges. Probably first time in my experience where a company refunded the money in such scenario. Maybe I'd consider them in future...
Initial Review:
They sent me a cheque of $10 which was bogus as my bank would not consider it a legit cheque. They took my credit card information while signing up and charged me $13.45 three times... yes they charged me three times... I wish I had done a little google search before signing up.
