I ordered a couple of jumpers early last November and they just never arrived I contacted the customer service many times and they kept saying they had shipped it out so it wasn't their fault and that the deadline was 28th January, firsy off all the waiting period is too much why should I wait 2 months for a couple of jumpers and once the deadline had passed the clothes still never arrived. I would advise people to not purchase any clothing from this company they really are not worth your time and money.

* ZAFUL attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
