Bought my ticket to travel overseas, however, I tested positive for covid-19 and couldn't travel and i requested to cancel my ticket 3 days before the flight, it has been 5 months I have not received my refund. All the reps lies and make fake promises. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
