I paid for a top category car and they downgraded when I went to pick up the car and wanted to charge me 150$ extra, after 2 months of complaints and multiple phone calls, only agreed to refund 44$ as of a good will and didn't accept their fault.
Therefore take home message is: NEVER get the car with these websites and always rent it from the dealer itself
