This was my first experience with Kitsch. I figured they were legit because Shopbop carries their products & I've never had any issues with Shopbop.

I wanted to order some face masks that they had for pre-order. I totally understand that during these times delays or mix-ups happen and I'm not here to complain about that.

The website said the masks would be shipping on May 22, but May 22 came and went and I didn't receive any updates on my order. I figured there was just a delay (especially considering I ordered masks which are high in demand) and sometimes that just happens with pre-orders and stuff. But a couple of days passed and I noticed that my card was charged, but I still had not received a shipping confirmation or ANY updates. So I went on their site and tried the customer service chat and got no response. I went back the next day and still didn't receive a response. Then I tried emailing and I didn't receive anything so I tried Instagram which they responded pretty quickly saying there was nothing to worry about and it was just a delay. I eventually got an email (that conflicted with the Instagram response) saying my items were now out of stock and would ship later in June...

The bottom line is that it seems that their internal system seems a little off (I got conflicting messages...) and their customer service is not that great they respond very slowly and don't give tangible steps to help resolve issues.

I wouldn't risk it if you want to purchase their products buy it from another retailer.
My review is purely from my experience with the AMC A-List subscription.

Honestly, it's a great idea- 3 movies/week. Lots of convenient locations. But a little pricey!

I tried it out because there was a promotion for one free month. Sounds too good to be true right? IT WAS. After the first month, I realized I just don't go to the movies enough to be paying $24/month (in my state of California, it costs more which is also annoying), so I tried to cancel.

The first moment of disappointment came when there was no way to cancel the subscription myself on the website or app. There were also NO CLEAR instructions on how to cancel. I don't understand why! I had to search through the FAQs and then chat with an online representative to get the cancellation process started.

I was then told I could NOT cancel because in small UNREADABLE print in the initial promotion email, I was locked in for another 2 months and could not cancel. So I would pay for an unwanted service for two more months. He said I could come back and cancel then.

So I came back to cancel. I barely used it. I regretted starting this so much. AMC Theaters are also less nice than I remember. The sound quality is not great and the seats and theater rooms seem outdated. But that's a whole other review. This attempt to cancel somehow ALSO did not work. I was told that I had to have canceled 5 business days before my next billing date. WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THAT THE LAST TIME I CONTACTED THEM? I told him, I didn't know and if he looked at my history I DIDN'T EVEN REALLY USE THE SERVICE.

My experience with AMC's customer service was terrible- there were so many hidden terms and conditions I never knew I signed up for. Each person I talked to was also so unhelpful. I had to message them another time to make sure that my subscription was canceled- they didn't event have the decency to confirm that.

WARNING: unless you want to be locked in forever or deal with customer service that just keeps telling you new rules without actually trying to help you- DO NOT SIGN UP FOR AMC A-LIST.

Tip for consumers: It's easy to sign-up but SO hard to cancel.

I came upon this site through a friend, and really liked a lot of their stuff- cute and punny sweaters and beanies. AND free shipping! And very reasonable pricing!

It's been almost a week since I ordered and I have STILL not received a confirmation email, or any sort. My card has been charged and the order is visible in my rad account, but no email to confirm the order or shipping still. I have contacted them twice since, and still no email, no reply.

I am really sad because I just want my stuff... I was so excited but this poor customer service kind of ruined the experience for me.

I hope to update this with better news if i ever get my stuff
I went through this site because of Shoprunner.

They seemed to have good sales and the free shipping was what really got me to order. But I am VERY dissatisfied with my experience.

1. they were slow to process the order. they charged my card, but i didn't receive a confirmation email or anything for the next entire day. i wasn't sure if they received or got my order right. but didn't think of much of it
2. they mixed up my order. not sure how often this happens, but they completely sent me the wrong order. with the other person's confidential information like address (which means that other person probably has mine...)
3. the customer service SUCKS. and is slow. and not easy to use/find. the person i spoke with was SO slow to respond and told me the process would take AN AVERAGE of 2 weeks. don't they get that it is holiday season and i need my stuff now?

bottom line: not worth it to go through this site. don't think i would ever order from them. also i haven't even received my stuff yet so who knows if the items are any good.

they have since apologized and corrected the mistakes. they were quite quick to take care of processing my order and even gave me store credit.
