Whether you are in amazing shape or totally out of shape the staff at I Love Kickboxing Thornhill welcome you with open arms and friendly faces. They exude positive reinforcement throughout the hour kickboxing sessions that in all honesty feel like 10 minutes. This si a compliment from someone who was totally out of shape, I look forward to my sessions at the studio and the amazing staff that work there.
