Please do not buy this product.
My GSD puppy was able to chew thru the Crate Pad in less than 4 hours.
It is my fault that I trusted the great reviews on the site assuming they were true. But let me clear that. After I put in a claim for refund as this was way OFF from the claim they made, I was told If I remove the negetive reviews from Google or Yelp and do not post it anywhere in future they will give me full refund.
I will never agree to that ofcourse as I would have to have more customers cheated.
This product is not only horrible but dangerous as your Fur Family Member may ingest foam and or velcro and or hooks and may pose life threatening issues. So far My GSD has not shown such signs except Throwing up a couple of times.

We do see you have a written some reviews and management did say they would issue a refund if you agree to to take down the reviews as a curtesy. This has been shared with BBB of Houston.
There are several 1 star reviews just not on their site... GO Figure why that is
Tip for consumers:
Warranty is useless for an Expensive product. If your Dog is a Chewer, Look elsewhere.
Products used:
I am Still looking for something that is tough. But have not found one yet.
More on my interaction with Gorilla Dog Bed.....
They Make Dog Beds and other Accesories. Have nothing but positive reviews.
But When you do searches on other sites you see Negative reviews. Warranty is only for Cover not the Bed itself.
Expensive product that does not last a day. Others have had good experience assuming reviews are genuine.
I have been offered Full refund if I remove bad reviews from everywhere and not post my findings.
I refused to do so and offered that if they do refund me, I will update my post to indicate that they did stand behind their product that they refuse to acknowledge.
