Hello I was part of tds.net dial up from 2001 until June the 7th 2019. Even tho they knew my dial up link was down they took out the whole monthof this of $24.67. I wrote to TDS P. O. Box *******, Palatine explining thsi and never received a reply. Finally went through BBB and teh story tds.net told them was so full of untruths. Every day when I tried to log in would show message remote computer is not responding error message 678 so I informed BBB and they went back to tds.net same story. Finally I had my fill of teh untruths so went to my bank and put a permanat block on them getting any more cash from my account, so folks be careful of them. They had told me if I would give them $14.95 they would fix it. However it is not on my end only theirs.

I always depended on planet feed back to reach who ever I was dealing with site jabber does nothing like what this site did to clear up things, so sad that it turned out like it did

Have not had my printer more than a month and a half and paper jam tried to do exactly as canon showed paper still jammed can't remove it no help from customer service all I see is they are not responsible Blah Blah so am sorry I bought it and also still have new cartridges so sad

So happy with them now the reading of the information was very confusing they were blocking folks that were trying to get in with false info. So after a few tries I understood what they were blocking and it required more than just email and password to open the link so all caught up and did what I needed to do to get my gift cards so all is well with them now so anyone having trouble with this look for the extra link to get in

I ordered 2 pair of slacks from the ad they had said price was $12 each so sent check for $24 free shipping, then started getting emails on back order finally got email one shipped then got a bill for more money $8 more so am sure they will get the $8 but will never order from them again as I feel ad is misleading.

I tried for a long time to get a gift card from them including contacting BBB and never got any response except that they ignore BBB as to what they handle

I am so disgusted with dish they required me to download aaps to pay bill online, I have NO NEED of aaps would NEVER use them I have a basic cell phone and never need all the garbage that is on the new phones so Dish tells me if I don't download aap can't pay bill so I just turned it to paying by mail so sick of all the companies and also surveys that since I can't get google chrome on my desktop refuses to let me prove I am human and it is the pits I have to leave home to pay AT&T but so far they have not blocked me using google chrome at library since I switched dish to mail have not the option and nit sure if they would allow anyway so that is my rant about the aap crap sorry but some folks still just have basic needs

I had bought a gift card for a friend for Christmas and found out Shoney's closed the place in Cleveland, TN. So found a place to contact Shoney, s received reply that if I would mail them the card I would get my money and last reply I received was Jan 25th that they were checking it never came back to me and I had even sent it to the address they told me and to attention of a certain name so for sure not more will I trust then again to be honest, folks beware trusting I am out $25. And now they will not respond to emails
