I've never encountered a manager more rude, passive aggressive and unprofessional as the woman who manages that store and her trifling employee who apparently is a liar on 2 counts. I took off work and drove quite a distance to get my prescribed item only to be blithely told, "come back and pick it up". I explained calmly that that wasn't possible and that they had mailed the item to me before. I offered to pay them. I signed a waiver. At no time was I rude and there was another patron in the store as eyewitness. Time passed and I called the manager who went from zero to max hostility, belligerent and bullying as soon as she picked up the phone. This woman has NO Customer service skills whatsoever. She makes this company look terrible and needs to be fired!
