No hiccups - so obviously fine!
So far, terrible. I wished to return one article which was terribly short in the body length - a knitted striped top, -the other a shirt top, which I would have exchanged to a larger size if that were possible, but... since there was a "15 day return policy" and you have taken so long to even answer my email, it has gone well past that point.
I thought the photos of your stock looked appealing, and thought I would give you a go. I certainly would have not if I had realised the returns have to go back to China, if this is true, I could not afford to do that.
So, I am beginning to understand all the stack of dissatisfied customers you have, as I can't afford to send them back, & you have got my money. Seems just another scam.

I would appreciate some response to my situation, but I rather think that is not going to happen.

I don't remember ordering it, and can't understand my doing it, as I always wear long chains,... but it is such a rare occurrence when I am not completely satisfied, I am just copping this one!
