Two weeks ago the pickup department was completely closed because the got so far behind on Saturday. This Saturday, I signed up for the 2-3 hour pick up. Got there at 2:15 to be told a 2 hour wait. Ok I understand. Went home, 3:05 received text my pickup was ready. Got to the store, waited 1 hour and 55 minutes in the parking lot along with a lot full of cars. While in the lot at about the 1 hour mark I tried to call the store, no answer in the pickup department or even the store. Only one junior manager on duty, on a Saturday. Not to mention having been in management for 30 years, I can promise you if I knew I was having issues I would have been there as the manager filling shopping orders and taking them to the cars. But I guess it was his/her day off and they just did not care. I sent an email to customer service asking to speak to a district manager. The response came in an email that said they needed more specifics. So again all it would have taken was care of a phone call, well here is your response.
