But if anything goes wrong with the order and you would like to return or exchange it then wait to get played over and over.
I was exchanging one order because I need to get a smaller size. I received an email telling me to use the FedEx QR code in a selected walgreens. And apparently the QR code isn't accepted in there. So I called the customer service that the option they gave is false. Then without me agreeing on anything the customer service cancel my exchange and made it to returning? Wtf? What kinda customer service is this? Playing customers like they are jokes? I hope no one else gets played like that. It's disgusting. I'm telling my friends and families not to ever shop at levi.com. That's very unacceptable. Nasty customer service and shopping experience. :(
