I purchased 2 pairs of footwear from this shop. I received one pair of them and I'm still waiting. Finally today I decided to email them. I paid 130USD. In response I received a very rude canned email. They didn't even bother to put my name there. In two lines, the email said, dear (blank), this is your problem. You must wait. I paid you handsomely and I'm very unhappy.
After a month and a half of wearing the sandals, the sole came off and the stitches tore. I have not tried the boots yet since I live in Canada, and it's hot in here. I'm absolutely disappointed. No, I didn't wear them to the beach. I'm not heavy, I didn't abuse the sandals. Your products are horrible.
