In fact, Express shipping way like DHL, fedex, EMS could ship the items in one parcel
For China post, the order will be sent separately if the package is above 2 kilograms.
Would you pls contact us via sales@dresslink.com and provide me your order number to make investigation about the package and give a better solution for you, do not worry, in case the package really lost on the way, we can make full refund back, so sorry to bring the bad experience of shopping, we will improve and do it better.
