“Did Not Book my Room”

Horrible experience a gift trip for my daughter and granddaughter and guests. I booked 2 rooms with pricline. They deducted the money from my card and gave us confirmations. They get to hotel they want to charge them for the rooms said they were never reserved by priceline for us. Argued with Priceline for 2 hours. Horrible experience instead of 2 rooms we wound up with 1. The hotel was booked. Never use them again.
