I have used century link for about 7 years and recently my internet went out. I have been without internet for 16 days. I've been told I would have a tech and had to take off an entire 2 days of work to have nobody show up and no explanation. Been hung up on, and told someone would call me back 5 times. I've given them every opportunity to make things right, but to no avail. It doesn't matter how loyal you've been. There customer service sucks! Everything is scripted so you really don't get an honest response anyway. Go anywhere else for service but century link!#
