I have never been one to exercise much but later-in-life-weight-gain convinced me I'd better start. I tried gyms and classes, but none of them really inspired or motivated me. Then I tried kickboxing. Wow! I loved it from the first day.
The studio is clean and welcoming and the staff are awesome! They are all so fun, friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. They really make an effort to get to know everyone who comes in and celebrate everybody's successes. It's fantastic and so motivating.
I'm now going to class at least 3 times a week and really look forward to my hour to workout. I can feel myself getting stronger and more flexible every time I go.
