I liked their fish fries and my boyfriend liked their clams casino. We would order from them at least every Friday. Then my boyfriend would give the waitress $20 tip for bringing it out to him. He is an amputee and also just generous. Sometimes I would get a salad in replace of Cole slaw and pay $1 ish more. Well I ordered 2 side salad this time and paid $5 each. When I opened the salad I was shocked to see lettuce, 1tiny piece of tomato and a bunch of sliced onion! I called the restraunt and asked if this was the $5 salad? I was told that's it! I don't remember their salads being that chintzy! $10 for 2 containers of lettuce, 2 tiny peices of tomato and a bunch of onions? I asked to speak to the manager and she told me that's how they come? I was like "seriously"? She told me that she would credit my next order. Well my next order I was told "no credit just replacement of salad!" Why would I accept a replacement of the thing I was not happy with? We spend $60 and over on our orders. You can't refund a lousy $10?
Well now we go to Davey's fish market. Spend half on clams casino(4 orders) and get a great fish fry for less too and salad that satisfies! So Ezzy you lost a loyal customer over $10! And I gained a better meal and saved money on top of it. No more paying $12 for a 1/2 dozen clams! I now get 2 dozen for the price of what 1 dozen costs me there and a nice salad and much bigger fish! In a way you did me a favor! And that's why you get 2 stars!

I accidentally bought a gc from them online. I realised I bought the wrong one and contacted them right after I bought it. As per their "Takes 1- 2 days to process" They told me it shipped out already. I asked if I could return it for a refund as I am on Social security and limited income and have no use for it. I was told no!
What a greedy company trying to get what they can and not interested in making a customer happy! I am so upset as now I have a $75 GC I can't use or have anyone to give it to. Thanks Hobby Lobby for making a 70 yr old on a limited budget lose money! Hopefully with all these bad reviews you will lose more customers and the lousy $75 sale loses you 100x's more! I will never recommend your store! There is nothing in writing that says "No return on gift cards"!
