Tried to return a tablet that came from China couldn't read the instructions it cost me more to send it back then it did for me to pay for it I'm very unhappy some of the items that I have gotten are cheap once I get all my items shipped to me I will be taking you off my shopping list

We do our best to ensure every purchase is excellent. Tophatter will always process refunds for buyers upon receiving a valid tracking number from them indicating that the order has been returned to the seller. Tophatter offers Buyer Protection in the form of a 30-day Easy Return policy that will either: 1.) refund the buyer without a return needed, 2.) provide the buyer with a prepaid return label, or 3.) present the buyer with the seller's address to return the item, paying for their own return postage with a valid tracking number.

On our platform, refunds or prepaid return labels are provided to U.S.-based buyers until the buyer hits a threshold for free returns.

For internationally located buyers, we provide some store credit to offset the cost of returning the item at their own expense until the buyer hits the threshold. Please refer to our FAQ How do I request a return? here: https://help.en.tophatter.com/article/65-return

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can request to return an item for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. We process a full refund of the original price paid upon return of the item in its original condition. To request a return, visit My Orders, click the article, then click Return Item. Shoppers also have the option to rate their delivered items. Rating items is vital because 1.) other buyers will be able to review the average rating on products before they bid, and 2.) items rated consistently low will automatically stop being scheduled on the platform. For these reasons, we encourage you to evaluate the products you have purchased, although doing so is not required.
