This is my second review on hauntedprops now. The first explained how disappointed I was as hauntedprops Props advised free shipping and then a ween later retracted this and tried to charge for shipping (even though my order confirmation showed free shipping with my address) I put my review on here and then went to the better Business Bureau for a third party opinion. Here hauntedprops threatened me with legal proceedings if I didn't take down my review even though it was accurate to my experience. So I thought I had best take it down and replace with a more upto date review. Hauntedprops also claimed that I had been harassing them and posted reviews all over the Internet which I is false (and I had only posted the one review on here) I tried to negotiate with hauntedprops regarding the shipping costs but was told to go to amazon instead, it would appear the issue was not for discussion and they refunded me (however I didnt receive a full refund due to exchange rate) a friend of mine had a similar experience to me, put a review on here and recieved a phone call and a refund of all shipping costs and duty and taxes if agreed to remove the review. Whereas I get threatened with court. Take from this what you will, but I certainly do not recommend them which is a shame as they have some good products.
