If you want to risk it for a discount at a business, give it a try. I'm done. Yet another card with zero balance when I went to pay at a restaurant. If you haven't tried to use the card in 45 days, they will not refund your money. I'm out $100 now and I'm tired of the risk with this company. There are many other sites that guarantee their cards. DO NOT USE CARD CASH!
Twice now I've had issues with gift cards from Raise.com. Even after providing proof that I did not use them, the site would not refund my money. Seems like a good way to save money, until you have an issue and they don't really care. Stay away from this site.
