I purchased an Odyssey putter a few weeks ago and it did not arrive with the headcover, as indicated in the club description. It took an email and a live chat to get anyone to respond to my initial inquiry. Since that first inquiry, more than 2 weeks ago, I've had to reach out repeatedly for an update. I have yet to receive the headcover, a credit, an option to return the club, or even an indication when the headcover could arrive.
They are, however, extremely quick to delete negative reviews. It's apparently the ONLY part where they excel.
