2nd UPDATE: The customer service refunded me for the item missing from my original order, then sent me the product and gave it to me for free (I didn't ask them to do that, they offered). The issue was resolved to more than my expectations and I'm so grateful because there are a lot of things I love about this company. Word to the wise though, if you have a problem, contact them through Facebook and not email because they will respond faster that way. But know that they will do their best to resolve the problem(s) you encounter. Also, I love how they throw in a free sucker with every order, it's a really nice touch! :)
UPDATE: Since contacting them through Facebook, I have received a response, and they have offered to rectify the issue by sending me the missing product and sending me a full refund. I've changed their rating to reflect their willingness to help, but they should still work at their customer response policies so that this doesn't happen to others. If they fulfill all they have promised, I will update again.
[ORIGINAL POST] I placed an order with this company on Jan 22, 2019, and on March 5th had have yet to see the order completed. I contacted them via email 3 times, and I never once received a response. I have tried contacting them through Facebook, maybe they will respond there? Either way, companies make mistakes, it happens. HOW a company handles their mistakes is the difference between a good business and a bad one. They have handled my order poorly, and appear to have no interest in fixing the problem. Very disappointing indeed.
