My phone got wet ascurion promised same day service. I live in the country with a hate the delivery driver was st my gate called my broken phone that I did not have. Phone was taken back to and I have been calling for 7 straight day with no resolution. They finally said they would ship to my moms house so the next day a phone came to my moms house that was for another person and a different phone carrier. So frustrated
