“Worst Shipping I've ever dealt with”

So I ordered some brushes and a palette from BH and still have not received it and I ordered 2 weeks ago! I can't even review the products because I DON"T HAVE THEM! The shipping is literally the worst. Two weeks and I still don't have them & the shipping sais I should have it a week from now... so altogether 3 weeks?! That's ridiculous
