Nice to be able to style the dress to your own needs. For years I have been looking for cute dresses with elbow or 3/4 sleeves. Now I can add the sleeves
I have been looking at this site for awhile and like the idea of being able to style the dress to fit my own taste, and to have the length I need. Today was the day!
Ordered from thredUP for the first time. 2 items are good. The 3rd item; Iotdered a black velvet dress, is not velvet but a cotton jersey fabric. As I ordered this for the fabric, it is useless to me. The return options are so narrow that it is not worth returning, as it would cost $8.98 for shipping plus a $1.99 restocking charge. So I can do nothing. I was hoping that this would be a great way to shop for brand name used Items, but am very disappointed in the return policy and no way to contact "real" customer service.
