We did several orders with panda hall in the past which did not have a problem so we did not have to contact customer service. This last order was over $2000 and we received dyed rose quartz beads when the listing said natural.

We have been working with beads for over 20 years so I know when things are dyed and I even took the time and showed them the picture experiment where the pink dye came out of the stones because they did not believe me. Even after the picture proof, panda hall denied their mistake and said that the stones were just heated. Pink dye does not come out of heated stones.

I don't know why they are trying to cover it up because they usually just state upfront if something is dyed or not dyed. If I'm paying for natural stones I'm not paying for dye.

If you make a mistake that is fine, just admit it and refund the customer. But after several emails, The customer support still denies it and wants us to ship back the items all the way to China on our own dime. This transaction was a huge hassle and not worth the time.

We will stick with our trusted vendors locally. They cost more but it's worth not dealing with this headache from a company that does not value customers.

Very disappointed in Pandahall customer service.
