Order and asked that the arrangement be delivered before 4:00 pm - way before 4:00 pm. They assured me it would be - however, the arrangement didn't arrive until 3:45 meaning the person receiving the flowers didn't get to have them for the day or enjoy them. Will never use the again - if I could rank it with no stars I would
