There is no way to contact these people if you have a problem. There is no longer phone support only a limited AI help called Emily. This means there is no way to contact them as the FAQ are also very limited. If you are lucky enough not to ever need help then the surveys are good, though limited number of surveys for seniors. Redeeming points is not a hassle and there is no long wait.

My problem comes when I do not have a mobile phone, only landline so I can't get any codes to verify when can't get into acct. My PW manager is not letting me in and I can't get into email acct to verify, so can't get into any other acct. This means customer service here, and other sites, Suck big time.

Tip for consumers:
Write your PWs in an address book so you will be able to get at them when needed...never use Last Pass PW manager.

06-03-2022 Update:
I have had no trouble doing their surveys since the previous problems. Have redeemed several times without further complications. Do be aware that this site does use/sell the info from it's surveys so there is no privacy here.

Contacted PaidViewpoint about what happened and the next day I received all of my money earned back. Thank You PaidViewpoint.

OLD: Updated my phone since you need current # to redeem. This cost me $46+ as I did not want to wait the 6 months required when updating any info.^ months, get real. I checked the other box, not sure what it meant and lost EVERYTHING!

Been buying games here for over a year now and love this site. You don't have to be a member to buy their games, or take advantage of some great sales. If I have any problem, I just email them and get a quick reply, usually with an answer right then. The people are friendly and very helpful, especially to a tech-challenged senior like myself. Even my mom, 87 yrs old, is now getting ready to buy her first game.

Have been downloading their free games for about a year. Any problems I may have with a game, I just email Jenkat and get a swift reply, usually with an immediate answer to my problem. Jenkat is courteous, prompt and very helpful. Even my 87-year-old mom has started downloading games from Jenkat - she's having a blast.

UPDATE... Since mid-2014 Jenkat has been having problems with their downloader. You don't see what you're accepting/declining so may end up with adware/toolbar... WOT hasn't liked it either. Now most, but not all games are downloaded via Big Fish Games or iWin game managers... free trials or ads only choices, unless you want to buy the games. NOT RECOMMEND unless make changes back to old way of doing.

Was a member, a Diamond member, then out of the blue they suspended me and would NOT give a reason citing privacy issues. Bull Hockey. I emailed them back and they let do more surveys and AGAIN, out of the blue they suspend me for "violating the terms". What terms did I violate this time? Funny I did nothing different in getting to be a Diamond member except get a few years older; also changed my browser, nothing was said about that. This place is good in the very beginning, but do not let your money build or they will suspend you. Watch out for the related site Opinion World. You get suspended at one site, you are also suspended at the other site, without reason.

Update 11-15-2023:
Last Pass was hacked and now my emails have been compromised to the point of several hundred Phishing and Junk emails daily. Have had to change all of my PWs and that has been no fun. In process of making PW Manager change to something Much More Secure. Can/Will no longer trust Last Pass.

Original Review:
This is the final straw with me... can't get into acct because they recently made changes so my PW doesn't work anymore. They have no way to contact someone who can't get the email PW and has no mobile phone... will NOT call landlines with code. Have tried to start a complaint ticket, but have to login. Cannot even get my problem onto the Community... need PW to sign in. This leaves me panicked and desperate.

Last Pass does a very poor job of protecting passwords as it's been hacked several times. Of I can ever recover my PWs I will leave Last Pass and never look back...

WRITE ALL of your PWs in an address book rather than use Last Pass.

Tip for consumers:
Update: LP was Hacked and our emails, passwords and, if you are dumb enough to trust a PW manager with your credit card numbers, they were included, as were any addresses and special notes, like the answers to your security questions. Thank goodness I did not have any account numbers or security question answers in my info.

Original: Write all of your PWs in address book if you feel you need to use this password manager because ultimately you will get locked out...then what will you do?

This site has both free and to-buy audi books. They have their own download player, which does the books all at one time, instead of downloading chapter-by-chapter like most other sites. I've downloaded about twenty of the free books, mostly classics, and have had no problem with the download to my computer or transferring and listening on my MP3. They also have some pretty good books on sale. I've bought and dowloaded several old radio broadcasts of Sherlock Holmes. Enjoyed immensely. Had a problem with one download but emailed them and it was taken care of - my computer, not the site's problem. Reccommend it to anyone who likes to listen to books and some old radio.

Still not through cleaning up after the mess McAfee left in my computer. McAfee is very well-known for not doing clean installs, leaving remnants of their old software. They didn't do a clean install of my renewal... they didn't even update when I renewed. I had bits and pieces of McAfee, none of which protected my computer. Now, I've had to uninstall all their bits and pieces, clean up the viruses McAfee said I didn't have, and get rid of some malware, undetected by McAfee.
Save yourself some headaches and your computer from getting sick by never taking a chance on McAfee. Of course, all the problems I had happened after the "30-day" money-back guarantee! I'm out money for TWO renewals because I'm a novice and didn't realize until too late, after the damage had been done, that McAfee didn't protect me.

I have noticed that over the last several-at least four- years that the quality of the clothes has gone considerably down. Shoddy fabrics, seams crooked or threads left hanging, even seams coming apart after only 1 or 2 wearings/washings. Long sleeves that are no longer long, fabrics shrinking even washed in cold water. Yet prices keep increasing. Can no longer justify paying high prices for shoddy work.

Tip for consumers:
Carefully watch the return dates or you will be stuck with clothes you hate or shoes that do not fit.

Have been buying, usually by phone, from Woman Within catalogs off and on for many years and like the clothes. Now sometimes browse and order from the website, liking the ease and speed of it all. Though I don't like not being able to use more than one of the promo codes when ordering online.

Woman Within has great Customer Service... have never had a problem returning anything that doesn't fit right, which can happen when buying clothes online. Refunds back to their card, or whichever card used for the purchase without any hassle.

Have recommended WW to friends.

No Hancock's close to me, but visited when in IL, and the rest is history. This site and the various outlets went over and above when I was looking for a specific fabric last year. I ran out of a fabric while working on a quilt. A local fabric store couldn't help me, so I tried Hancock's site... the fabric was there but showed out of stock. I sent an email and was answered that one of their branch stores had some. I called the number given and was told the fabric had been sold out, but the manager would check on other branches for me... I found the fabric, in the amount needed, on sale, at another Hancock's, all because of one email and several managers who cared.

A very happy customer... these wonderful people didn't have to help me, they could have just said they have none and let it end. They went over and above to help someone and it's been appreciated.

Seems I am in the minority as far as my experiences with Fabric.com. Have never had a problem that needed contact with Customer Service there. Always got the fabric I've ordered in a timely fashion... at good prices. Can't say how many orders from me, but have been buying from them for several years now.

Bought a TV, had it delivered. Sat unopened in my living room because I realized couldn't use one that big. Have 15 days to return. Wasn't going to pay for shipping back to store three (3) blocks away... never had drivers license, so no car. Five days of extreme heat warnings in MN so I put off walking carrying a 32" TV in box. Was 2 1/2 days after the allowed time, when able to walk with box those three blocks... seemed longer, box was awkward.

Got there and was told that I HAD to get money in form of BB gift card... wouldn't return money to my credit card. They didn't care whether or not I would have gotten heatstroke (am 68 yrs) in order to return TV within 15 days. I've sent two emails through website, the first was answered with an I'm Sorry and platitudes... no money back. The second has Not been answered. Hence, I'm here.

I've wasted time on the BB website and can find nothing I need, nor really want. They don't care that I have over $200 I can't use and I won't be forced to buy something just to blow $200. It comes down to BB doesn't want to let go of My money. On Social Security and can't afford to have that much money tied up, yet unable to use.

Will personally never shop Best Buy again.

Just discovered this site last year and really enjoy their puzzles. You can choose your background color and the number of pieces you want to put together. There are daily puzzles and even a weekly mystery puzzle, which I do love. Many categories and a lot of puzzles to choose from. My only complaint would be a way to keep track of which puzzles I have already done. There is no sign-in so cannot keep track except by memory and that can get to be impossible if you do even a puzzle or two every day...after a while they add up. Still worth my daily visit.

Tip for consumers:
The site is free and you can even make a jigsaw from your photos.

Started using Walgreens site for the Order Online, In-Store Pickup last year and have had no problems. Have always gotten items I ordered and usually at a good price. Did have a problem with getting coupons to work but the customer service rep helped me... seems I had two accts and one was pretty old. After merging the accounts I have had no trouble with coupons or anything else. Customer service was friendly and very helpful.

Tip for consumers:
Site is straight-forward; have had problems so far.

Products used:
In-store pickup so no shipping and have not had to return anything. Had no problems contacting Customer Service by phone and Walgreens has NOT out-sourced their reps...really makes me happy.

Can only base my review on a one time use and that was good. Got notice in newsletter that site had 2-for-1 sale on a particular supplement I use. Went there, ordered and received correct products quickly, without any problem.

Did finally get into my email account and found an email from Ebay asking if it was me or someone trying to get into my acct. They sent me a link to change my PW and I was in. I have learned to keep several of my PWs, like bank, PayPal, now Ebay, in an address book so when my PW manager pulls a freeze I can still get into certain accounts/sites until I can unfreeze PW manager. Also did get a customer service number for help needed. Am now a happy customer again. The fault here was my PW manager... everyone says this is a good thing to have but still recommend writing crucial/important PWs somewhere safe.

Tip for consumers:
Check the Feedback for the seller as this reflects on past customers and how they reviewed their transactions with a seller.

Products used:
Free shipping depends on the seller. You can usually fond a seller with free shipping. Refunds depend upon the reason for the refund, but if something is broken/unusable, even due to shipping problems, most sellers will refund or replace the item.

Ebay customer service just dropped for me. Have had trouble getting into my password manager so can't get passwords, including Ebay. No longer has a help phone number for those of us having a landline phone... no mobile. Now am locked out of my email so cannot even get help that way. Can't get into account and their online help is a joke.

NO A HAPPY CUSTOMER... as if they care.

Hope you do not need customer service for anything.

Love ebay, as a buyer... haven't tried selling, yet. The auctions are fun, if the wait is a bit frustrating at times. I've only had one bad seller there, all others have been great, especially when it comes to answering questions.

As in all online sites you have to check on the seller reliability, that's what burned me when I first started buying... make to sure to check customer comments for each seller I buy from... Though this can be unreliable when it comes to the Chinese sellers. Personally, I don't buy from anyone with a rating below 99.0% rating and have only been burned once.

Paying with Paypal has been great as I don't have to give any credit card info to each individual seller when making purchases. Hopefully I will still have this option when ebay and Paypal split. I've gone on to use Paypal when shopping other sites, keeping all of my credit card info private and in one place rather than spread out across the internet. You don't have to have a Paypal card to use Paypal...

As far as Customer Service goes, The only problems I've had was in language and I requested, nicely, to have another representative with better English and everything was settled. I have always been treated with respect and my problems resolved within one phone call (*******229, 5AM - 10PM PT, M-Sun).

UPDATE: Just last month, Jan 2016, I was burned on a purchase from China. The seller expected to get favorable rating for item when 2 cords were missing. This is NOT ebay's fault but the seller. I got burned because I compromised on the 99% feedback rule I usually follow... this seller had 99.4%.

After reading some of the complaints I realized that many, not all, are blaming ebay alone for the sellers' ripping people off. If buyers do their homework... check feedback and do Searches online for customer reviews of brands, there's less chance of being taken. Don't want to say ebay is perfect and always gets buyer's money returned, but it's ultimately up to the buyer for refunds. Too many complaints against a seller then ebay suspends them... Not sure how that works since not seller. Do remember that after the 30 days nothing will be done... you have contact the seller yourself... Been there, Done that and it doesn't work, at least for me.

This site is related to Opinion Outpost and if you get suspended in one you will be suspended in the other. As a Diamond member I thought everything was going well; no problems. Until they decided I violated their Terms... what terms asked I? They said cannot tell you due to privacy issues. What Crap!. Seems pretty arbitrary to me when they cannot even tell you what you did wrong. Funny, I had not changed how I do surveys while getting to be a Diamond member, Did not change anything but my browser after. They did reinstate me, just like Opinion Outpost, but when OO suspended me again, this one stopped allowing me to do surveys. Be very careful here.

They have updated the site to make changes needed for Adobe Flash no longer supported. Doing puzzles still easy and have had no problems since the change. If you have any problems/questions just send msg and they get back you you quickly.

Try your hand at the daily puzzles to see which categories you like most...

Absolutely adore this site. Do jigsaw puzzles from your browser, Free, no downloading. You choose the number of pieces for each puzzle, from 25 to over 300. You can do full screen or window, you can even save a puzzle to do later. No registration is required for 250 pieces or less. You do register if you choose 300+ pieces - think some of the puzzlers want to test themselves against others. Have this one on my Favorites and hve just gotten my mother to try her hand. She loves it because she can enlarge the screen and can save if her eyes get tired.

Have been buying dvds from here for several years now and have had not problems with getting the correct movies ordered and on time. There has only been one problem with a dvd, but customer service refunded my money without any hassles. The sales can be really great. You can get print catalogs by request... love to sit and browse offline.

UPDATE 07-25-2021:
Can't believe what AZ has done now. They arbitrarily verify you on sign in and have been doing that for years. An email gets sent with code for you to fill in on sign in. Well, I have not been getting those emails. Not in my email account or in my Junk. AZ says it's my email provider, but when I requested that AZ Customer Service send an email, I got it... no problem. Then they said I could be verified by a rep. So answered questions like what were the last three purchases you made? What was the code on the last purchase on your AZ charge account? Problem was I've only been buying ebooks and do not save all of the confirmation emails, especially for the free ebooks. All of that info in on my AZ account... which I cannot get into. I Failed verification and they will not tell me which part. Only 3 options now: 1-open new account, 2- try the 20 minuter verification again, or just say Good-bye to AZ. Let me think... hmmm... GOOD-BYE.

Original Update:
Amazon is NOT the cheapest store anymore and the quality has gone down. Am no longer buying anything but ebooks from Amazon as that seems to be the only thing that I have little problems with. That said... there are problems in that area also:
1- do not always get book when click to buy, but customer service has refunded any not gotten bks.
2- Very real problems with Amazon's treatment of classic books such as Dracula, etc, like missing words-even pages- and terrible editing. English is NOT always first, maybe not even second, language of those translating and/or transcribing the books into eformat.
3- Misc little things like books not consistent when handling author names so you get one author, name spelled differently or periods after initials not consistent, but books NOT all listed on same page or same author. Drives me nuts. Really wish Amazon would just not put in those periods after initials.

Buyer Beware...

Problems understanding some of the customer service reps when I call. My 90-year-old mother had a big problem last year. She couldn't understand the young man and requested a supervisor. The man got upset and raised his voice, said he spoke English good, then refused to let her talk to anyone else. She was reduced to tears. She will no longer deal with Amazon, she even called the bank handling her credit card but they said that she had to deal directly with Amazon. She has refused to pay another penny to Amazon and is terrified of getting another "bad guy" as she called the customer rep she had to deal with.

I have had to talk to customer service but have been very lucky with the reps I talk to... only one I had a hard time understanding, then I just got off the phone and called back, getting someone else. This is what I would suggest when having a problem with customer service.

Been using this site for over a year and have always received my orders on time and intact... with one exception. All it took was one phone call and the return was arranged... no hassles or excuses.

Do have to say that some items are a bit higher than on other sites, but with the free shipping over $35 it ends up costing about the same.

Update: Amazon raised it's minimum order amount for free shipping from $35 to $49... Not happy customer... lose one star.
