i ordered a pair of nursing shoes. waited a week for them to arrive. only to get home to find a have someone else shoes. customers service knew of the era the day before. i did not receive a phone call nor email. the other party involved called them to report the era. so i called customer service. they admitted if was their mistake. wanted me charge my credit card again for anther pair of shoes and once i returned the wrong pair, they would refund my money. oh and i had to pay for shipping those wrong shoes back. Not happening on my watch. Poor Service all the way round.
