Very original products, timely delivery but bit costly i guess, i placed 3rd order with them

I imported 4 items with them, everything seems good, only thing is it took 25 days almost to get the stuff, they should do something to import on urgent basis. Rest is fine, support and items i received

I have placed an order, i have been asking since month about my tracking and delivery, right after 8 weeks they said, seller did not shipped item you can place order again,
Added both images in attachment when i confirm and right after 2 month they said seller did not shipped
