Netzero is very slow and yes the technical assistance is at cost, and I always get a foreign speaking person I can hardy understand. I don't have a problem with foreigner speaking individuals but, couldnt netzero.com get someone that can speak clear English instead of me saying "what did you say" it is very frustrating to deal with. I would not suggest netzero it is an inexpensive cost of $14.95 a month so, I guess the saying right "you get what you pay for". I thinking about going wireless again it's expensive but, it worth it in the end.
